Officer Down Foundation

The Officer Down Foundation empowered by the Black Police Association of Greater Dallas provides a means to attract and guide funds to new and innovative solutions to help fallen first responders in a time of need. The Foundation depends on donations from generous supporters. The Officer Down Foundation is dedicated to making sure no first responder will be left behind.

The Officer Down Foundation provides financial assistance to all active BPA Members who are facing the loss of income due to a serious injury, life-threatening illness or other catastrophic events. Assistance is also available to an officer's immediate family members (ie, Spouse and children) in the event of the death of an active officer.
